The best part about working locally

Well, it’s looking like I’ll be working close to home for the summer, doing a bunch of festivals and one-off gigs. This is great because it allows me to spend more time in my apartment. I’ve finally had some time to get everything set up the way I want it to be, which I had been slacking on for some time.

This is where I watch all the Jays games from.

Over the last number of years I’ve hardly been able to enjoy where I live so, I’m really starting to get into the idea of having a real home that I can call mine, and know that I can come home and watch as many Blue Jays highlights as I want to without being bothered.

The collection is always growing.

I finally got my shelves for my vinyl set up, and I’m now starting to look at BBQs, and think about how I want to set up the back yard. Too bad the weather forecast isn’t ideal until later this week when I’m working some gigs. At least it looks like this weekend is going to be a good one. Outdoor shows in May can always be dicey.

Rain, rain, go away.
